Production
- To ensure all production requests are built safely and in a timely manner
- Highlight to Production Supervisor on any shortfall in programme, delivery, stock, equipment, and tools required to complete tasks
- Ensure any unsafe acts or practises are highlighted immediately to Production Supervisor
- Completion of all company paperwork in line with the quality policy set out by M3 Floodtec
Fabrication
- Achieve and maintain the fabrication of flood defence doors, barriers and other products as required following the correct SOP set out by M3 Floodtec quality policy
- Quality check all products received from suppliers to ensure that the materials correspond with survey sheets and are to the standard requirement
General
- Contribute to the overall ethos/aims and objectives of M3 Floodtec
- Participate in training, other learning activities and performance development as required
- Attend and participate in relevant meetings as required
- The post holder is required to be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to equal opportunities, health and safety, security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to the appropriate person
- Compliance with all internal and external HSE rules and proactive in reporting any incidents M3 QMS systems and procedures
